WELCOME TO CGM POWERGROUP

We are an independent power producer that was incorporated in 2016. Our current objective is to deliver renewable solar energy as an Independent Power Producer. In pursuit of this , CGM has since acquired land for development of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), for 2 Solar Photovoltaic (PV) plants in Luapula Province, namely, Chipili Power corporation Limited and Mansa Power Development Limited.

OUR PROJECTS

CGM Power Group has selected two renowned global players in the Renewable Energy Sub-sector to partner in the development of Phase 1 target two Solar PV Power Plants with a total capacity of 100 MW and an inclusion of 20MW storage for each plant under a scaled approach.

To this effect, a two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) have been created to spearhead the implementation of renewable energy projects respectively in Mansa and Chipili districts of the Luapula Province. Luapula Province is home of manganese mining and the fishing industry.
